Abstract:
Provided is an interlocking locknut kit with end face taper centering, the locknut kit comprising an upper nut (1, 3) with an axial threaded through hole I (12, 32) and a lower nut (2, 4) with an axial threaded through hole II (22, 42). An end face of the upper nut is provided with a boss (11, 31), and an end face of the boss has a taper; a cylindrical groove (21, 41) adapted to the boss is formed in an end face of the lower nut in an inwardly recessed manner, and a flat face of the bottom of the groove that is in contact with the end face of the boss is made to have a taper adapted to the end face of the boss; and in an assembled state, the end face of the boss is located at the bottom of the groove, a central axis of the threaded through hole I coincides with a central axis of the threaded through hole II, and the boss of the upper nut is in clearance fit with the cylindrical groove of the lower nut. This nut kit takes the form of a new interlocking locknut kit with end face taper centering, in which end face taper centering is used to avoid additionally eccentrically exerting a lateral force on a screw (5), and thread lateral stress caused by the matching of eccentric tapered side faces is avoided.
