Abstract:
The present invention relates to an intermediate for fulvestrant and a preparation method therefor. Specifically, the present invention relates to a compound of formula V and a preparation method therefor, wherein R1 is hydrogen or hydroxyl protecting group. The present invention also relates to a preparation method for synthesizing fulvestrant from the compound represented by formula V. The method has the advantages of simple reaction steps, mild and safe reaction conditions, high selectivity, easy operation and purification, and high synthesis efficiency, and is suitable for large-scale production.
