Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is an intermittent continuous forming method for ceramic plate production, comprising the following steps: S001, arranging powder on a transmission belt by means of a cloth mechanism; S002, driving a mold core, the bottom surface of which has a pre-pressing slope and a forming plane, to descend, pressing the powder directly below the mold core on the transmission belt and a base plate, and maintaining a predetermined pressure for a predetermined time, a powder region corresponding to the pre-pressing slope being divided into a pre-pressing region, a transition region and a forming region in the pressing process, the length of the pre-pressing region being L1, the length of the transition region being L3, and the length of the forming region being L2; S003, the mold core ascending to a high position, so that the transmission belt drives the powder to move forward by a distance of L2; and S004, repeating the steps S002 and S003 to form a ceramic slab having any length by means of pressing. Also disclosed in the present invention is an intermittent continuous forming device for ceramic plate production. By adopting the present invention, a ceramic plate having any length can be produced, and in combination with a cutting device, on-line flexible production switching of any product specification can be realized.
