Abstract:
An internal combustion engine for a vehicle, in which a cylinder section is placed
so that its axis is substantially horizontal and in which two plugs are installed
on a cylinder head having an air intake port and an exhaust port of the cylinder.
On the cylinder head is provided an air jacket for cooling around plug holes. In
the air jacket, there is formed a main path running from a wind inlet opening to
a wind outlet opening, and the main path is bent in a substantially L shape. One
of the plugs is placed near the wind inlet opening and the other plug is placed near
the wind outlet opening.
