An internal loop reactor having both reaction and separation functions, comprises a riser (1), a downcomer (2), a solid feed inlet (3), a hydrocyclone inlet (4), an anti-flowing component inside a dead zone (5), a liquid inlet (6), a gas inlet (7), a gas outlet (8), a guide cylinder (9), a gas guide cone (10), an airflow orifice (11), an overflow port (12), a hydrocyclone (13), an underflow port (14), a gas-liquid integrated distributor (15), and a liquid outlet (16). The hydrocyclone (13) is placed in the lower part of the downcomer (2) in the loop reactor; the gas guide cone (10) and the airflow orifice (11) present in the downcomer (2) prevent gas from entering the hydrocyclone (13); and after a slurry enters the hydrocyclone (13), a solid-containing slurry enters the riser (1) again from the underflow port (14), and a solid-free clean product flows out of the top flow port. The internal loop reactor has a simple structure and low cost, being suitable for a gas-liquid-solid three phase reaction in which the catalyst is a solid particle.
