The internal release agent of the present invention contains at least one type of diester phosphate represented by general formula (1). (In the formula, R1 and R2 independently represent C1-30 hydrocarbon groups which may be substituted with at least one hydroxyl group, and R3 represents a C2-4 alkylene group. The plurality of R3 which are present may be the same or different. M represents a hydrogen atom, an ammonium ion, an alkali metal ion or a monovalent/divalent alkaline earth metal ion, and n is an integer from 1 to 60.)
