Abstract:
The invention relates to an internally coated mold that is capable of preventing, for a long time, paint leakage liable to occur in association with an internal mold coating forming method, and to an internal mold coating forming method using the mold. In the vicinity of the mold cavity end adjoining a fit portion of cut−off construction formed throughout the periphery of the mold cavity, there is provided a groove or a pressure element or both serving as a paint leakage preventing means, thereby preventing the paint from leaking from the fit portion to the outside of the mold, precluding such problems as adverse effect on the moldings caused by leak paint and mold damage, ensuring long−term stable, internal mold coating formation.
