Abstract:
Provided is an internet-based cloud visual doorbell system, including: an outdoor unit configured to generate prompt information, collect videos or pictures of a visitor, communicate with an indoor receiving apparatus, and perform voice communication between the visitor and a host; the indoor receiving apparatus configured to receive the prompt information from the outdoor unit, give a bell ring and a voice to prompt the host that there is a visitor and the host may perform voice communication with the visitor when the host is at home, and push a message prompting that the visitor rings a doorbell to a client by being connected to a server when the host is out, so that the host may check the visitor via the client and perform voice communication with the visitor; the server configured for communication between the indoor receiving apparatus and the client; and the client configured to receive the message which is pushed by the indoor receiving apparatus and prompts that the visitor rings the doorbell when the host is out, check the videos or the pictures of the visitor which are collected by the outdoor unit, and perform voice communication with the visitor. In the system, the outdoor unit adopts a low-power-consumption wireless camera which can be powered by a battery and is simple in construction.
