Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of big data, and provides an internet registration method, apparatus and device for seeking medical advice, and a storage medium. The method comprises: receiving an appointment registration request, and obtaining illness state data and identity information of a user according to the appointment registration request; performing feature extraction on the illness state data to obtain a plurality of illness state features of the illness state data; matching in a preset medical database according to the plurality of illness state features to obtain candidate symptoms matched with the plurality of illness state features; determining, according to the candidate symptoms, a target registered department matched with the user; obtaining all doctors in the target registered department, respectively calculating the matching degrees of all doctors according to the illness state characteristics, and determining a target registered object from all doctors according to the matching degree; and generating registration information of the user according to the identity information and the target registered object, and pushing the registration information to a client. According to the present application, the registration operation steps of the user are shortened, the user only needs to input the expected condition to check the number source for direct registration, such that the online registration efficiency of the user is improved.
