Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is an Internet of things based monitoring method, which is applicable to a museum management system. The museum management system comprises an Internet of things server, a locator arranged on a museum ticket and an alarm device arranged near a restricted area. The method comprises: the Internet of things server receiving a geographic location sent by the locator arranged on a museum ticket i; when the geographic location sent by the locator arranged on the museum ticket i falls within a restricted area I, the Internet of things server sending an alarm instruction to an alarm device near the restricted area I, the alarm instruction being used for instructing the alarm device near the restricted area I to perform an alarm operation. The embodiments of the present invention further provide an Internet of Things server. The embodiments of the present invention can be used for preventing a visitor from entering a restricted area.
