Abstract:
An Internet of things centralized control system for drying equipment blow heaters, comprising blow heaters, a temperature acquisition module, a display module, a first communication module, a second communication module, and a controller. Several blow heaters are connected in parallel to the controller in a drying equipment; the temperature acquisition module is mounted in the drying equipment to correspondingly acquire the temperature of each blow heater and simultaneously acquire the temperature in the drying equipment; the temperature acquisition module is connected to the controller by means of the first communication module; the display module is connected to the controller by means of the second communication module; the controller is used for adjusting opening or closing of each blow heater in the drying equipment by means of feedback of the temperature acquisition module. By means of combination of the controller and the temperature acquisition module, networking control to several blow heaters is achieved, and remote adjustment and control can be achieved for the number of blow heaters opened and the time of opening; in addition, the use of the blow heater as a drying device allows the temperature in the drying equipment to get uniform quickly, thereby improving energy efficiency and the drying effect and increasing the drying speed.
