Abstract:
Provided are an internet of vehicles transmission resource acquisition method and a terminal. The method comprises: monitoring available resources of a current resource pool; before acquiring a monitoring result, if a terminal needs to send data, determining whether the current resource pool allows random transmission resource selection; if the current resource pool allows random transmission resource selection, randomly selecting transmission resources from within the current resource pool. The present invention obviates the need to additionally configure an exception resource pool, prevents the technical problem in the prior art of increased spectrum fragmentation caused by the additional configuration of an exception resource pool, and thereby increases the total amount of available resources.
