Abstract:

The present invention relates to technology of managing interview schedules for human resource matching between recruiter terminals that recruit professional personnel and expert freelancers for each work project, and performing verification and management, and the present invention provides a system which extracts employment information about a human resource to be recruited by recruiters, generates short sentence recruitment data and enables the short sentence recruitment data to be automatically registered, and which, at the same time as the registration of the short sentence recruitment data, scans job seekers' input data, derives an optimal interview availability list, and provides same to the recruiters, thereby allowing rapid interview proceedings.
