Abstract:
An intramedullary nail tester (100) comprises a base (110), a positioning base (130), and a guide base (140). The base (110) is provided with at least two installation portions (120) thereon. The positioning base (130) is provided on the base (110), and used to fix an intramedullary nail (200). The guide base (140) is installable on any of the installation portions (120). The guide base (140) is provided with a guide hole (141) to be aligned with a hole of the intramedullary nail (200) under test. The guide hole (141) allows a through rod (150) to pass through, and the through rod (150) is used to pass through the hole of the intramedullary nail (200) to test the hole. The intramedullary nail tester (100) provides at least two installation portions (120) on the base (110), and accordingly enables adjustment of an installation position of the guide base (140) according to a specific specification and type of an intramedullary nail (200) under test, such that the guide hole (141) can be aligned with a hole of an intramedullary nail (200) meeting a quality requirement, and then the through rod (150) is used to test whether the hole meets a quality standard. The intramedullary nail tester (100) of the invention has improved versatility and reduces testing costs of intramedullary nails (200) of different types or specifications.
