Abstract:
An intraoral medicator constituted by inserting the outlet end of a cylinder (1) provided with a liquid passage hole (9) into a sheath tube (6) provided with a first plug pin (17) erected on the bottom plate (16) thereof, engaging in the hole (9) an external thread serving as a first engaging means (5) formed on the outer wall of a cylinder body (2) so as to fit the first plug pin (17) watertight with an internal thread serving as a second engaging means (19) formed on the inner wall of the sheath tube (6), feeding water and a solid drug into the cylinder (1), and inserting thereinto a plunger (12) provided in an ascending order with a second plug pin (25), a plunger head (13), a liquid pushing flange (14), a gasket (23), an intermediate flange (24) and a rod (22). The medicator has such advantages that not only a drug solution can be prepared in the cylinder but also the dose agrees accurately with the prescription because no insolubles remain in the cylinder after medication.
