Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application relate to the field of artificial intelligence, are applied to the field of intelligent customer service, and relate to an invalid call determination method and apparatus, a computer device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: acquiring a first response voice segment, the first response voice segment being a segment of a peer-end response voice received when an intelligent customer service representative initiates a call; inputting the first response voice segment into a pre-trained deep learning neural network model to perform voiceprint feature extraction to obtain voiceprint features of the first response voice segment; calculating the similarity between the voiceprint features of the first response voice segment and pre-extracted electronically synthesized voice voiceprint features, and if the similarity is greater than a preset threshold, determining that the first voice segment is an electronically synthesized voice; and determining that the call initiated by the intelligent customer service representative is an invalid call. If the response voice is an electronically synthesized voice, the call is determined to be an invalid call, and the call is terminated immediately to release occupied resources, such that the waste of resources is prevented.
