Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application is an inverter, comprising: a direct current (DC) conversion unit, a bus unit, and an inversion unit. The DC conversion unit comprises a first positive input end, a first negative input end, a second positive input end, a second negative input end, a first DC-to-DC module, a second DC-to-DC module, a first on-off control device, a second on-off control device, a first switch, and a second switch; the first positive input end and the first negative input end are adapted to be connected to a first photovoltaic module string; the second positive input end and the second negative input end are adapted to be connected to a second photovoltaic module string; combined relationships about the on or off states of the first switch and the second switch may change connection relationships of circuits in the DC conversion unit. Therefore, according to the on and off states of the first switch and the second switch, the use condition of the DC-to-DC module is adjusted, so that the energy consumption is reduced, the conversion efficiency of the inverter is improved, and the generating capacity is increased.
