Abstract:
An IO processing method for a RAID system comprises: establishing, according to data volume region information, stripe mappings between volumes awaiting an operation and RAID stripes, and establishing controller correspondences between the volumes and target controllers; upon receiving an IO processing request, determining, according to the stripe mappings and the controller correspondences, a controller and a RAID stripe corresponding to a target volume of the IO processing request; and using the controller and the RAID stripe to process the IO processing request. The established stripe mappings and controller correspondences are used to determine a controller and a RAID stripe each time IO processing is performed, thus ensuring that the determined controller and RAID stripe are not called by other IOs. In this way, control can be implemented without using a stripe lock, thereby avoiding performance loss and improving processing speed. The present application further discloses an IO processing device for a RAID system, a storage server, and a computer-readable storage medium that have the aforementioned beneficial effects.
