Abstract:
An ion exchange resin packed-bed countercurrent regeneration device and a use method thereof. The regeneration device comprises a cyclone separator (1), a regeneration reactor (2), a continuous-stirred resin reactor (3), a desorption liquid storage tank (4), and a regeneration agent storage tank (5). The cyclone separator (1) is disposed at the top of the regeneration reactor (2). An upper portion of the cyclone separator (1) communicates with the continuous-stirred resin reactor (3). The bottom of the cyclone separator (1) is provided with a resin inlet. A resin bed (6) and a resin filter (9) are disposed inside the regeneration reactor (2). A resin outlet (20) and a regeneration agent inlet (14) are disposed at the bottom of the regeneration reactor (2). The resin outlet (20) communicates with the continuous-stirred resin reactor (3). The regeneration agent inlet (14) communicates with the desorption liquid storage tank (4) and the regeneration agent storage tank (5) separately. A regeneration agent outlet (13) is further provided at one side of the regeneration reactor (2). The regeneration agent outlet (13) communicates with the desorption liquid storage tank (4). The separator and countercurrent effectively improve resin regeneration efficiency, reduce desorption liquid output, and avoid mechanical wear by the resin. The regeneration device of the invention can be used in large-scale ion exchange resin application engineering.
