Abstract:
The present invention relates to an ion heating element and, more particularly, to an ion heating element that ionizes a fluid to generate electrical vibration and thermal vibration to heat the fluid. An ion heating element, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a main body part in which an inlet, to which a fluid is supplied, is installed on one side of a lower portion thereof, an outlet, to which the fluid is discharged, is installed on one side of an upper portion thereof, and a predetermined space, in which the fluid flows, is formed; a support part which is installed on the lower portion of the main body part so as to support the main body part; a plurality of metal rods which are erected extendedly to the upper portion of the main body part by passing through the support part; a plurality of metal diaphragms which are installed inside the main body part, connected to the plurality of metal rods, spaced apart from each other by a predetermined interval, and vibrate when power is supplied to generate bubbles according to ionization in the fluid so as to heat the fluid; and a current supply part which is connected to the metal rods passing through the lower portion of the support part to supply current.
