Abstract:
An ionized body collecting device (1) according to the present invention is characterized by being provided with: one or a plurality of container main bodies (2) having a peripheral wall (2A) and a bottom wall (2B), and having an opening portion (2C) in an upper portion of the peripheral wall (2A); a particle impinging portion (2D) formed in a bottom portion of the container main body (2); and one or more ionized body collecting portions (3) formed on at least one of a peripheral wall inner surface and a bottom surface of the container main body (2). A plurality of the ionized body collecting portions (3) are preferably formed on the inner surface of the peripheral wall (2A), and each of the plurality of ionized body collecting portions (3) preferably has an affinity for a different element.
