Abstract:
In order to improve the authentication precision of an iris authentication device in comparison to the prior art, one pixel unit of an imaging device (20) in an iris authentication device (1) is configured from at least one non-polarization pixel and a plurality of normal pixels. A fitting parameter calculation unit (11) calculates a DC component parameter on the basis of the output from at least one non-polarization pixel. Next, the fitting parameter calculation unit (11) calculates an AC component parameter on the basis of the output from the plurality of normal pixels, and the DC component parameter.
