Abstract:
The iron filings pertaining to the present invention are characterized in that the average pore diameter is 1.0 nm or less in a pore distribution analysis (using the t-plot method) by nitrogen adsorption method. Accordingly, temperature increase speed is high, a desired temperature can be reached in a short time, and the iron filings are advantageous as a constituent of the heat source.
