Abstract:
An iron removal device having a magnetic force magnitude measurement function according to the present invention comprises: a raw material supply unit to which a liquid raw material is supplied; a coil unit which is provided on the raw material supply unit, is provided inside the raw material supply unit, and generates an electromagnetic force in the liquid raw material; a filter unit which is located inside the coil unit and causes fine metal powder contained in the liquid raw material to be attached thereto; and a magnetic force detection unit that is located inside the filter unit and causes a different value of the magnetic force acting on the filter unit to be output according to whether the liquid raw material passes therethrough. According to the present invention, magnetic force data that changes according to whether foreign substances such as metal powder remain in the filter unit during the removal of fine metal powder contained in the liquid raw material by magnetic force can be efficiently obtained through the magnetic force detection unit located inside the filter unit, and thus the result data can be utilized.
