Abstract:
An iron wire arranging device, comprising two parallel supporting plates (10), a storage rack (20) which is obliquely arranged and used for storing iron wires (80), an angle adjusting air cylinder (11) for adjusting the angle of the supporting plates (10), an inclined iron wire slide rail (30), and an iron wire push rod (31) which is provided right above the iron wire slide rail (30), wherein a discharge port is formed between the iron wire push rod (31) and the edge of the storage rack (20). The two ends of the storage rack (20) are hingedly connected to the two supporting plates (10), respectively; the top of the iron wire slide rail (30) is in butt-joint with the edge of the storage rack (20); the bottom is in butt-joint with a material receiving mechanism (40); the iron wires move from the discharge port to the iron wire slide rail and slide along the iron wire slide rail to the material receiving mechanism under the action of gravity. The advantages are that: bundled iron wires are placed on the storage rack, the iron wires on the storage rack slide to the discharge port under the action of weight, some of the iron wires are blocked by the iron wire push rod, and a single iron slides out of the discharge port to the iron wire slide rail each time, so that a bundle of or several iron wires can be separated into individual iron wires, and the separated iron wire slides along the wire slide rail to the material receiving mechanism, thereby implementing automatic separation of bundled iron wires and achieving high working efficiency.
