Description:
Description IRON WIRE FENCE Technical Field [1] The present invention relates to an iron wire fence, and in particular to an iron wire fence capable of achieving an easier installation work of an iron wire fence in such a manner that an insertion groove is formed at both sides of a vertical column vertically installed for installing an iron wire fence in a longitudinal direction of a vertical column, and an iron wire net frame having iron wire nets is inserted into an insertion groove of a vertical column based on a slide method between the vertical columns installed at a certain distance on the ground, and a fixing cover covering an upper side of an iron wire net frame inserted into an upper side of the vertical column and at both sides of the vertical column in an upper side of the vertical column installed based on an insertion method with respect to an iron wire net frame at both sides.

Background Art [2] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, in a conventional iron wire fence, a plurality of vertical columns 1 formed of a circular pipe are vertically installed on the ground, and a horizontal frame 2 having a groove in the upper and lower sides between the vertical columns 1 is installed in series in a horizontal direction wherein the grooves face each others.

[3] At this time, the horizontal frame 2 is fixed to the vertical frame 1 by a J-shaped bolt 3 that passes through the vertical column 1 and has a forwardly bent front side, and the upper and lower ends of the iron wire net 4 are fixed between the upper and lower side horizontal frame 2.

[4] In the iron wire fence, a very long iron wire net 4 is installed between the upper and lower horizontal frames 2 based on a flexible method. In addition, a horizontal support iron wire 5 thicker than the iron wire net is installed in a horizontal direction over the entire lengths of the iron wire net. The iron wire net fixing bolt 6 of which front end is bent passes through the vertical column 1 for thereby stably fixing the iron wire net 4.

[5] In order to install the iron wire fence, a work for vertically installing the vertical columns 1, a work for installing the horizontal frame 2, and a work for installing a horizontal support iron wire 5 are performed. Therefore, an installation cost is increased. When installing the iron wire net, since the horizontal frame 2 and the iron wire nets are installed in series by a long distance, the entire iron wire nets are flexible and are not stable.

Disclosure of Invention Technical Solution [6] Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide an iron wire fence capable of easily installing an iron wire fence with less workers in such a manner that an insertion groove is formed at both sides of a vertical column vertically installed on the ground at a certain distance from each other, and a rectangular frame shaped iron wire net frame having iron wire nets therein is installed between the neighboring vertical columns based on an insertion method, and a fixing cover is installed on an upper side of the vertical column in which the iron wire net frame is inserted at both sides based on an insertion method for thereby preventing an iron wire net frame from being escaped from the vertical column.

[7] To achieve the above objects, in an iron wire fence in which a plurality of vertical columns are vertically installed on the ground at a certain distance from each other, and an iron wire net is engaged to the vertical column, there is provided an improved iron wire fence, comprising an insertion groove that is formed over the entire lon- gitudinal portions of both sides of the vertical column wherein the insertion groove has a narrow opening, and a wider inner side; and a rectangular frame formed of an upper and lower horizontal frame and both vertical frames between the neighboring vertical columns, wherein an iron wire net is installed in the interior of the rectangular frame, and the both vertical frame of the iron wire net frame forming a flat part having for flat corner parts of the rectangular frame is slid and inserted into the insertion groove of the vertical column, and a fixing cover integrally formed with a horizontal frame holding part covering and holding an upper side of the horizontal frame of the iron wire net frame inserted into the both insertion groove of the vertical column and a vertical column covering part covering the upper side of the vertical column at the center portion is adapted to cover the upper side of the vertical column, and the fixing cover is engaged to the vertical column by a screw.

Best Mode [19] The construction of an iron wire fence according to the present invention will be described with reference to Figures 3 through 11.

[20] In the iron wire fence according to the present invention, an insertion groove 7 is longitudinally formed in a vertical column 1 wherein the insertion groove 7 has a narrow opening and a wider inner side along the entire lengths of both sides of the vertical column 1 vertically installed on the ground at a certain distance from each other. An iron wire net 4 is installed in a rectangular interior formed by the upper and lower horizontal frame 8 and the both vertical frame 9 between the neighboring vertical columns 1. The both vertical frame 9 of the iron wire frame 11 forming a flat part 10 of which a rectangular corner is flat is inserted into the insertion groove 7 of the vertical column 1 based on a sliding method.

[21] In addition, a fixing cover 14 in which a vertical column covering part 12 covering the upper side of the vertical column 1 and a horizontal frame holding part 13 covering an upper side of the horizontal frame 8 of the both iron wire net frame 11 are integrally formed is covered on an upper side of the vertical column 1 in which the iron wire net frame 11 is inserted into the both insertion groove 7, and the fixing cover 14 is threaded with the vertical column 1.

[22] As shown in Figures 5 and 8, the insertion groove 7 formed in the vertical column lhas a narrow opening and a wider inner side. The shape of the both vertical frame 9 inserted into the insertion groove 7 is the same as the shape of the insertion groove for preventing it from being escaped from the opening in a state that it is inserted in the insertion groove 7. As shown in Figure 5, the shapes of the insertion groove 7 and the vertical frame 9 are trapezoid, and as shown in Figure 8, the shapes of the insertion groove 7 and the vertical frame 9 are diamond shape and circular shape.

[23] In addition, as shown in Figures 5 and 6, the iron wire net 4 installed in the horizontal frame 8 and the vertical frame 9 is engaged in such a manner that the ends of the horizontal frame 8 and the vertical frame 9 are welded with the iron wire net 4 inserted into the horizontal frame 8 and the vertical frame 9. In the drawings, the welding engaging part is indicated by'w'.

[24] As shown in Figure 7, in the iron wire net 11 inserted between the neighboring vertical columns 1, the horizontal frame 8 and the vertical frame 9 forming the iron wire net 11 have a wider outer side and a narrow inner side. As shown in Figure 11, according to another embodiment of the present invention, the widthwise constriction is flat. W/hen the horizontal frame 8 is formed in a flat shape, the flat part 10 formed in the corner part of the iron wire net frame 11 is automatically formed after it is engaged with the vertical frame 9, so that it is possible to efficiently insert the iron wire net frame 11 into the insertion groove 7.

[25] Figure 10 illustrates another vertical column, namely, illustrates the vertical column 1 installed at both ends when it is installed in the iron wire fence. In the vertical column 1 installed at both ends, the iron wire net frame 11 is inserted into only one side of the vertical column 1, the insertion groove 7 is formed only in the vertical column 1 of Figure 10.

[26] The assembling and operation of the present invention will be described with reference to Figures 3 through 11.

[27] In the case that the iron wire net fence according to the present invention is installed, a plurality of vertical columns 1 are vertically installed on the ground at a certain distance. At this time, the installation interval of the vertical columns 1 is determined as a distance so that the iron wire net frame 11 is inserted between the neighboring vertical columns 1.

[28] When a plurality of the vertical columns 1 are vertically installed on the ground at a certain distance, a reinforcing rib is installed in the surrounding portion of the insertion groove 7 of the lower side in which the vertical column 1 is installed, and the iron wire net frame 11 is inserted into the insertion groove 7. In this state, the insertion of the lower side of the iron wire net frame 11 is stopped by the reinforcing rib.

[29] After a plurality of vertical columns 1 are vertically installed on the ground at a certain distance from each other, the iron wire net frame 11 is inserted between the neighboring vertical columns 1. When inserting the iron wire net frame 11 between the neighboring vertical columns 1, the vertical frame 9 installed at both sides of the iron wire net frame 11 is slide-inserted into the insertion groove 7 formed at both sides of the vertical column 1 in a longitudinal direction.

[30] When the vertical frame 9 of both sides of the iron wire net frame 11 is inserted into the insertion groove 7, the lower side of the vertical frame 9 of the iron wire net frame 11 inserted into the insertion groove 7 is caught by the reinforcing rib formed in the surrounding portion of the insertion groove 7 of the lower side of the vertical column 1 when the vertical column 1 is installed on the ground, so that the insertion of the iron wire net frame 11 is stopped. Therefore, the heights of the upper side of the iron wire net frame 11 and the upper side of the vertical column 1 become identical.

[31] As shown in Figures 3 and 4, after the rectangular iron wire net frame 11 is inserted between the vertical columns 1, the fixing cover 14 is covered on the upper side of the vertical column 1 into which the iron wire net frame 11 is inserted into both sides, and then the screws are engaged into the screw holes formed in the fixing cover 14. Therefore, the fixing cover 14 is fixedly engaged to the outer side of the vertical column 1.

[32] When covering the fixing cover 14 on the upper side of the vertical column 1 in which the iron wire net frame 11 is inserted into both sides of the same, the vertical column cover 12 formed at the center of the fixing cover 14 covers the vertical column 1 and the corner portions of the iron wire net frame 11 inserted into the vertical column 1, and the horizontal frame holding part 13 of both sides surrounds and holds the horizontal frame 8 of the iron wire net frame 11 inserted into the insertion groove 7 of the vertical column 1, so that the iron wire net frame 11 inserted into both sides of the vertical column 1 is not escaped upwardly.

[33] When the fixing cover 14 is installed on the upper side of the vertical column 1, the installation work of the iron wire fence is completed.

[34] When forming the flat part 10 in the iron wire net frame 11 as shown in Figures 4 and 7, the insertion groove 7 formed at both sides of the vertical column 1 that is a major element of the present invention has a wider inner side and a narrow opening.

The shape of the horizontal frame 8 and the vertical frame 9 of the iron wire net frame 11 inserted into the insertion groove 7 is the same as the shape of the insertion groove 7. In addition, since the upper side of both sides of the horizontal frame 8 is wider at the corner portion connected with the vertical frame 9 and the horizontal frame 8.

Therefore, the wider portion is not inserted from the upper side of the insertion groove 7. It is why there is formed the flat portion 10 narrower by the width of the narrow opening of the insertion groove 7.

[35] As shown in Figure 11, the both vertical frame 9 is formed based on the shape of the insertion groove 7 in such a manner that the flat plane portion is formed in the corner portion of the iron wire net frame 11 without any additional process. The horizontal frame 8 installed in the upper and lower portions is formed flat as narrow as the width of the narrow opening.

Industrial Applicability [36] In the iron wire fence according to the present invention, an insertion groove is formed at both sides of the vertical column vertically installed on the ground at a certain distance. A rectangular iron wire net frame having iron wire nets therein is inserted between the neighboring vertical columns. A fixing cover is installed on the upper side of the vertical column in which the iron wire net frame is inserted into both sides of the same for thereby preventing an iron wire net frame from being escaped.

Therefore, in the present invention, it is possible to achieve an easier installation work of the iron wire fence. The construction is simple. The installation cost is low.
