The present invention provides an irrigation diffusion-type drip using an irrigation hose, which is simple to manufacture due to having a simple structure, and includes attachment surfaces, inflow spaces, recessed spaces, and guide grooves to filter foreign substances contained in irrigation water inside an irrigation hose during a process of supplying the irrigation water to crops, and enable the irrigation water to be diffused over an appropriate area and supplied according to the type of crop, wherein: each of the inflow spaces has an inflow part formed therein; the recessed spaces are formed in the attachment surfaces between one inflow space and another inflow space, respectively; and the respective attachment surfaces on both sides of the recessed spaces have one or more of the guide grooves which diffuse the irrigation water outside an outlet port of the irrigation hose. Accordingly, the present invention has the effect of enabling the supply of clean irrigation water, and can maximize the efficiency of supplying irrigation water according to the supply distance required for the type of crop being cultured or the cultivation area, and thus has the effect of allowing the cultivation efficiency of crops to be further increased.
