The present invention provides an irrigation water dispersion-type drip using an irrigation hose, comprising: a three-dimensional slab-shaped main body which allows irrigation water to be dispersed through a pair of guide grooves onto an appropriate surface area via collision while being supplied, wherein the guide grooves are formed on an attachment surface of the drip attached to an inner side surface of the irrigation hose and are formed toward a discharge hole formed at the irrigation hose, wherein one side of the main body forms the attachment surface formed in a curved surface corresponding to the inner side surface of the irrigation hose at which the discharge hole is formed, wherein the attachment surface is provided with a pair of guide grooves that are recessed to a predetermined depth while extending from both sides of one side of the attachment surface, wherein both ends of the respective guide grooves meet each other toward the discharge hole, such that irrigation water in the irrigation hose is introduced through the both sides of the one side, and at one point where streams of the water meet each other, is dispersed in the shape of a fan by collision and fed through the discharge hole. Accordingly, the irrigation water dispersion-type drip is simple to manufacture and exhibits an effect of increasing manufacturing efficiency while maximizing cultivation efficiency for crops.
