Abstract:

[Problem] To provide an isolated DC power supply device in which ground fault detection for safety and protection and communication can be efficiently used in a DC power supply network. [Solution] Provided is an isolated DC power supply device that has a positive electrode line to which a positive voltage is applied and a negative electrode line to which a negative voltage is applied, sets an intermediate voltage between those at said positive and negative electrode lines as a neutral point, supplies DC power through a neutral line to which a signal is applied, and is equipped with: an amplifier unit that amplifies the DC power; a receiving unit that detects the occurrence of ground current flowing through said positive electrode line or said negative electrode line, compares the voltage at said neutral point with the voltage of the signal on said neutral line, and has a coil connecting said neutral line and the ground point; and an impedance adjustment circuit that is provided between said amplifier unit and said receiving unit and changes an impedance so that the impedance increases in the voltage range of said signal applied to said neutral line, said impedance being changed in said voltage range and a voltage range except said voltage range.
