Abstract:
Provided is an isolation transformer. The isolation transformer is applied to a power converter. The power converter further comprises a first power conversion module and a second power conversion module. The isolation transformer comprises a high-voltage winding, a low-voltage winding and a solid insulating shell, wherein the high-voltage winding is connected to the first power conversion module, and the low-voltage winding is connected to the second power conversion module. The high-voltage winding is provided with a solid insulating layer, wherein the solid insulating layer is provided with a conductive layer or a semi-conductive layer, and the conductive layer or the semi-conductive layer is grounded. The solid insulating shell is provided with an opening face, and the opening face faces the second power conversion module; the solid insulating shell covers the high-voltage winding, which is provided with the solid insulating layer, and the low-voltage winding; and the solid insulating shell is provided with a conductive layer or a semi-conductive layer, and the conductive layer or the semi-conductive layer of the solid insulating shell is grounded. In the present application, the volume of the isolation transformer can be reduced, the power density of the power converter is increased, and low costs and good applicability are achieved.
