Abstract:
According to the present disclosure, wireless tags (2) are attached to items (1) that are used in a facility (200). Wireless tag readers (10) and cameras (20) are installed at entrances and exits (202) of the facility. Servers (12, 22) store an image of each item (1) in association with identification information, and stores captured image data from the cameras (20). The server (12) acquires sets of inventory information about the items (1) at an opening time and a closing time, on the basis of a reception history of the wireless tag readers (10), and, by comparing these sets of inventory information, detects the identification information of items (1) that have been carried out of the facility (200) during business hours. Using the detected identification information, the server (12) estimates times at which items (1) were carried out, from the reception history of the wireless tag readers (10). By analyzing the captured image data at the estimated times at which items were carried out, the server (22) detects captured images including images of the items (1) and provides item information including the detected captured images.
