A jaw crusher comprises movable jaws (1) with self-synchronizing vibrators (2) connected with the jaws through an elastic system consisting of elastic plates (7). The drives (12) of the self-synchronizing vibrators are two-speed and provide, at one speed, a preresonance regime, and at the other speed a post-resonance regime. The movable jaws are provided with suspensions consisting of torsion bars (4) which are secured by their middle part in the jaw and by their ends in levers (5) movable along the axes of the torsion bars. The sides (10) of the slots of the levers are turned about the common axis in relation to the sides of the torsion bars. To increase the stability margin of the synchronous regime the vibrators (2) are oriented so that the angle between the vertical and the line passing through the axis of oscillation of the jaw and the rotation axis of the vibrator equals 5 degrees and the distance between the rotation axis of the vibrator and the centre of mass of the jaw exceeds that between the axis of oscillation of the jaw and its centre of mass.
