Abstract:
The present invention provides: a joined body production method that makes it possible to obtain a joined body having a high maximum separation resisting force between two substrates when the two substrates are joined; a joined body obtained thereby; a laminate production method; a laminate obtained thereby; a device production method; a device obtained thereby; and a composition for forming a polyimide-containing precursor part. The joined body production method comprises: a step for preparing a substrate A; a polyimide-containing precursor part formation step for forming a polyimide-containing precursor part on a surface of the substrate A that is provided with a wiring terminal; a step for preparing a substrate B; and a joining step for joining the surface of the substrate A which has the polyimide-containing precursor part and a surface of the substrate B which has a wiring terminal, wherein the difference between the percentage of cyclization of polyimide in the polyimide-containing precursor part prior to the joining step and the percentage of cyclization of polyimide in a polyimide-containing part is not less than 5%.
