Abstract:
The invention relates to a joining device, in particular for producing a heat exchanger (26) comprising at least one cover plate or two cover plates lying opposite one another, by means of coffering and soldering, said device comprising a carbon plate (25) which can be arranged facing the underside (24) of a cover plate of the heat exchanger (26). At least some regions of the carbon plate (25) are provided with openings (32), such that flux flowing off the heat exchanger during the solder process can be discharged via the openings. The invention also relates to a joining method for producing a heat exchanger (26) using the joining device (22).
