Abstract:

The present invention relates to a juicer having an improved brush rotating means for rotating/driving a rotating brush, which wipes the inner peripheral surface of a juice extraction drum and the outer peripheral surface of a mesh drum. A juice extraction module for a juicer according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is mounted on a juicer body having a driving shaft protruding upwards, thereby extracting juice, the juicer extraction module comprising: a juice extraction drum, which is mounted on the juicer body, the upper surface of which is open, which has a juice discharge port and a leftover discharge port provided on the lower end thereof, and which has an interworking gear provided on the periphery of the inner bottom surface thereof; a cover, which is mounted so as to cover the upper surface of the juice extraction drum, and which has an introduction port provided on the upper side thereof; a juice extraction screw, which is rotatably mounted inside the juice extraction drum, and which has a screw helix formed on the outer surface thereof, a power connection unit being formed on the lower portion of the juice extraction screw, the power connection unit being driving-connected to the driving shaft; a mesh drum installed inside the juice extraction drum, a mesh structure being formed on the outer wall of the mesh drum; a rotating brush mounted between the juice extraction drum and the mesh drum so as to be rotated/driven, thereby wiping the inner peripheral surface of the juice extraction drum and the outer peripheral surface of the mesh drum, a brush ring gear being provided on the lower portion of the rotating brush and being connected to the interworking gear; and a brush rotating means provided on the lower surface of the juice extraction drum so as to transfer a driving force from the driving shaft of the juicer body to the interworking gear, thereby rotating the rotating brush.
