Disclosed are a juice extractor and a spiral-extruded juicing screw thereof, wherein an extrusion juicing part is formed at a spiral part of an outer side face of the spiral-extruded juicing screw (30); an upper part of the extrusion juicing part extends upwards in a spiral manner; a containing cavity for enabling a rotary central axis of the screw (30) to penetrate is formed between an inner side face of the screw and an inner wall of a filter assembly (40) of the juice extractor; the containing cavity enables food material with a size exceeding the radius of the screw (30) to enter; and the rotary central axis of the screw (30) is located within a horizontal projection plane of the containing cavity. The volume of the juice extractor is reduced, so that the juice extractor is convenient to transport and store; and in addition, the top of the extrusion juicing part of the screw (30) is eccentrically arranged, the rotary central axis is located at an outlet of a discharge channel (21) and within the horizontal projection plane of the containing cavity, so that the size of the containing cavity is increased, the containing cavity can contain food material with a size exceeding the radius of the filter assembly (40), and the juicing effect and the juicing efficiency are increased.
