Abstract:
The present invention relates to a juice extractor, and the purpose of the present invention is to make juice by grinding ingredients (contents) into particles of a proper size through grinding blades and to transfer the juice to the upper side thereof so as to effectively extract the juice. To this end, the juice extractor, according to the present invention, comprises: a juice extractor body (100) which has operation knobs (110, 120, 130) on the front side thereof, has a container-mounting portion (140) on the upper part thereof, and in which a driving portion (150) controlled by the operation knobs (110, 120, 130) is provided; a container-mounting member (200) which has a lower end portion that is detachably mounted in the container-mounting portion (140) of the juice extractor body (100), and which has a container-coupling portion (210) on an inner wall of the upper part thereof; a container (300) having an opened lower end portion that is coupled to the container-coupling portion (210) of the container-mounting member (200) in a screw-coupling manner, wherein the upper part of the container (300) is opened and closed by a cover (400); a rotary disk (500) which is rotatably arranged inside the container-mounting member (200) by receiving power of the driving portion (150), and in which release blades (510) for releasing the ground ingredients in a radial direction are arranged on the upper side of the rotary disk; grinding blades (600) which are mounted on the upper part of a rotary shaft (610) that penetrates the center of the rotary disk (500), and which rotate by receiving the power of the driving portion (150) so as to grind the ingredients injected into the container (300); a juice extracting-rotary drum (700) which is formed in a bucket shape having opened upper and lower parts and is accommodated in the container (300), wherein a lower end is mounted to cover the release blades (510) at the edge of the rotary disk (500) so as to integrally rotate with the rotary disk (500), an upper wall surface is formed as a perforated mesh (710) and a residue-collecting part (720) is disposed in the perimeter of a top end, and an ascending screw (730) is placed from the bottom to the upper side on an inner wall so as to transfer, to the upper side, the ground contents released in a radial direction by the rotation of the release blades (510); and a guide drum (800) which has an upper end portion that is combined to the lower side of the cover (400) such that the guide drum (800) is accommodated inside the juice extracting-rotary drum (700), and is formed in a bucket shape so as to maintain a predetermined interval with the inner wall of the top of the juice extracting-rotary drum (700), and extracts the ground ingredients transferred to the upper side along the ascending screw (730) between the guide drum (800) and the perforated mesh (710) of the juice extracting-rotary drum (700) such that a crude liquid is released to the outside of the juice extracting-rotary drum (700) through the perforated mesh (710) and a residue is guided to the residue-collecting part (720).
