A juicer is disclosed. A juicer according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a separable screw and a juice extraction drum. The separable screw comprises: a first module having on the outer peripheral surface a plurality of first slits by means of a plurality of bars; and a second module having a plurality of first ribs inserted to the first slits of the first module. The juice extraction drum comprises: an inner module which is in the form of a hollow cylinder having the top part open, so as to accommodate the separable screw, has along the inner peripheral surface a plurality of second slits in the form of through holes having two lateral surfaces, an upper surface and a lower surface, and has rib protrusions protruding inward in the radial direction at a fixed interval on the inner peripheral surface; and a drum housing which has the top part open, such that the inner module can be detachably attached, has second ribs comprising a protruding surface, an upper surface and a lower surface protruding inward in the radial direction on the inner peripheral surface, and has a juice discharge port for discharging juice and a residue discharge port for discharging residues formed away from each other. The first module and the second module are detachably attached. When the second module is inserted and coupled to the first module, the first ribs of the second module are inserted to the first slits of the first module and gaps are formed between the ribs of the second module and the first slits of the first module. When the drum housing surrounds and is coupled to the inner module, the second ribs of the drum housing are inserted to the second slits of the inner module and gaps can be formed between the lateral surfaces of the second slits of the inner module and the lateral surfaces of the second ribs of the drum housing.
