Disclosed in the present invention is a jujube powder extraction and processing device, comprising an extraction box, a crushing box, and a fixed frame; the surface of the crushing box is fixedly connected to the top of both sides of the inner wall of the extraction box, and the surface of the fixed frame is fixedly connected to the bottom of both sides of the inner wall of the extraction box, wherein a protection box is fixedly connected to the top of an inner cavity of the extraction box, a first motor is fixedly connected to the top of the inner cavity of the protection box by means of a supporting plate, and an output end of the first motor is fixedly connected to a crushing rod by means of a coupling. The present invention relates to the technical field of jujube powder extraction. According to the jujube powder extraction and processing device, the crushed materials can be well screened, the quality of the jujube powder extraction is guaranteed, manual screening operation is not needed, the overall automation degree is high, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, the materials which cannot pass through are crushed, the waste of materials is reduced, it is convenient to maintain, and the overall stability is high.
