Abstract:
A keel lamination method and apparatus. The method comprises: conveying a first keel to a specified position, lifting and then rotating the first keel by 180 degrees, conveying the other keel to the specified position, and lowering the first keel to buckle the first keel and the second keel together to obtain a laminated keel. The apparatus comprises a first positioning apparatus and a rotating mechanism arranged along a conveyor, and the rotating mechanism is located upstream of the first positioning apparatus; the first positioning apparatus is configured to stop a keel and convey the keel downstream; and the rotating mechanism is configured to be able to lift the first keel stopped by the first positioning apparatus to rotate by 180 degrees and then loosen same. According to the technical solution provided by the present application, the stability of side keel lamination actions and the uniformity of side keels after lamination are improved, the phenomenon that the side keels are upside down is avoided, the degree of manual intervention is greatly reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
