Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of kettlebells, and particularly relates to a kettlebell comprising a handle and a bell. The handle and the bell are formed as an integrated piece by rotational molding. A lower end surface of the handle and an upper end surface of the bell coincide and are welded together. A rotational molding material of the handle comprises the following ingredients in parts by weight: 180-220 parts of emulsion polyvinyl chloride, 35-45 parts of a plasticizer, 14-18 parts of a viscosity reducer, and 1-3 parts of a stabilizer. A rotational molding material of the kettle comprises the following ingredients in parts by weight: 80-120 parts of emulsion polyvinyl chloride, 20-40 parts of a plasticizer, 2-8 parts of epoxidized soybean oil, 2-6 parts of viscosity reducer D-80, and 0.5-2 parts of a liquid calcium zinc stabilizer. The kettlebell disclosed in the present invention challenges the conventional concept that a kettlebell has only one consistent type of hardness and hand feel, enables a product with two different hardnesses to be manufactured with a single process, and involves an easy manufacturing process with reliable and stable automatic welding. In addition, the soft side of the kettlebell faces downward when falling, thereby preventing foot injuries and floor damage, and accordingly improving safety significantly.
