Abstract:

A transmitter element (18) is insert molded into a resin container (16), and the container (16) is mounted to a base portion (12B) of a key body (12). Then, a soft resin envelope (34) is integrally formed on the outer peripheries of the container (16) and the base portion (12B) to form a key knob (14). The transmitter element (18) is securely mounted to the base portion (12B) through the container (16) so as to be protected against external forces acting on the key knob (14).
