Disclosed in the present invention are a key structure, an earphone head and a bone conduction earphone. The key structure comprises a housing, a circuit board, a sealing assembly and a pressing member, wherein the housing is provided with an accommodating cavity, and a through hole communicating the accommodating cavity with the outside. The circuit board is arranged in the accommodating cavity, and the circuit board comprises a switch arranged corresponding to the through hole. The sealing assembly comprises a connecting member arranged opposite the switch, and a flexible member connected between the connecting member and the housing, wherein an outer edge of the flexible member is connected to the housing, the flexible member is provided with a mounting hole, the connecting member is arranged in the mounting hole, and the flexible member and the connecting member cooperate to seal the through hole. The pressing member is connected to the connecting member, and the pressing member comprises a pressing panel positioned outside the through hole. The key structure of the present invention has good sealing performance while achieving a key function.
