Abstract:
The present invention provides: a kidney parenchyma binding structure, a kidney parenchyma binding device comprising the kidney parenchyma binding structure, an applier for providing the corresponding kidney parenchyma binding structure, and a kidney restoration kit comprising same, the kidney parenchyma binding structure including: a kidney parenchyma contact part which is made of a flexible material, has a plate shape, and is in surface contact with a kidney parenchyma tissue without penetrating thereinto; and a suture-fixing part positioned on the upper part of the body. The kidney parenchyma binding structure includes the flexible kidney parenchyma contact part which has a plate shape and is in contact with a kidney parenchyma tissue without penetrating thereinto, and thus can uniformly distribute the tension of a suture over a kidney parenchyma. Accordingly, the present invention can guarantee kidney hemostasis to the utmost limit while preventing damage of a kidney tissue. Therefore, the present invention can smoothly seal and restore a kidney and can significantly reduce a complication rate compared to the tools used in the prior art.
