Abstract:
The present invention provides a compound as represented by formula (I), and a pharmaceutical composition and a preparation method therefor and a use thereof. The compound has a good inhibitory effect on KIF18A, and can be used alone or in combination with microtubules to form a bonded complex to modulate a KIF18A protein for treatment of KIF18A-mediated conditions and/or diseases, such as tumors, and for preparation of a drug for such conditions or diseases.
