Title:
KIT FOR DETECTING COLORECTAL CANCER
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/101756
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A kit for detecting colorectal cancer, which is more particularly a kit for detecting colorectal cancer taking excrement as a detection sample, comprising an Alu detection reagent and PVPP. After repeated explorations it is discovered that Alu, among numerous colorectal cancer markers, can be detected by directly diluting the sample to perform PCR amplification on the premise of proper simple pretreatment, without undergoing the complex steps such as cell disruption and DNA extraction, and good sensitivity and specificity are obtained.
