Abstract:
A kit for detecting or assisting in the detection of purine substances, comprising a reagent 1, a reagent 2, and a reagent 3, wherein the reagent 1 is a colour developing agent, the reagent 2 is a reactive enzyme, and the reagent 3 is a weak acid salt; the reactive enzymes include peroxidase and xanthine oxidase. The kit also comprises vitamin C and an ascorbic acid enzyme; and the vitamin C and the ascorbic acid enzyme are packaged separately. The kit is fast and intuitive when detecting a sample to be tested, and the operation thereof is not limited when the sample volume is large; and the kit can obtain qualitative or semi-quantitative results in the detection of purines without the need for any equipment or professional trainers.
