Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a kit and integration vectors for producing adeno-associated virus-producing cells capable of producing an adeno-associated virus in a controlled manner; adeno-associated virus producing cells capable of producing an adeno-associated virus in a controlled manner; a method for producing the adeno-associated virus producing cells; and a method for producing an adeno-associated virus. The present invention provides a kit that includes: a first vector which contains one or more virus helper genes, at least one of the virus helper genes being under the control of a promotor that is capable of adjusting the expression; and a second vector which contains one or more adeno-associated virus genes, at least one of the adeno-associated virus genes being not under the control of an expression-adjusting promotor of a pharmaceutical agent.
