Abstract:
A kitchen air conditioning system. A compressor (11), a condenser (12) and an evaporator (13) of an air conditioning assembly of said system are communicated by means of a supercooling medium pipeline (14). A cooking fume suction assembly comprises a housing (20) and a fume exhaust channel (22), the condenser (12) being arranged in the fume exhaust channel (22). Further arranged in the housing (20) are an air outlet channel (23) and a water condensation transporting apparatus (3) used to transport water condensation produced by the evaporator (13) to the condenser (12) and allow the water condensation to flow along the surface of the condenser (12). When the present kitchen air conditioning system is operating, cooking fumes can carry heat away from the condenser (12), and can further transport water condensation generated by the evaporator (13) to the surface of the condenser (12), in one aspect cooling the condenser (12), improving the heat exchange effect of the condenser (12), and thus improving air conditioning energy efficiency, and in another aspect, the water condensation being heated by the condenser (12), then being able to evaporate, and then be exhausted from the fume exhaust channel (22), thus eliminating a water condensation outlet apparatus.
