Abstract:
A kitchen knife according to the present invention comprises: a back-side member disposed on the back side; and an edge-side member that is located on the edge side and formed of a laminate material in which two or more different metallic materials are laminated. The edge-side member is processed so as to have a thickness thinner than that of the back-side member and to have at least part thereof bent as viewed from the edge side, and then joined to the back-side member. After the joining, patterns are formed by performing grinding and/or polishing.
